34th Annual Kununurra Agricultural Show

Region: Kununurra / Wyndham
Date: 11 - 12 July, 2008

This year the Kununurra Agricultural Society will be holding its 35th Annual Show. It is the only event in Kununurra that truly showcases locally produced goods both primary and other. The dates for the show this year are Friday 14th and Saturday 15th of July. On Friday the gates are open between 3pm & 9pm and on Saturday from 8am until late. Friday is the Western Power Farmers and Families Day (alcohol free), whilst Saturday will have all the usual fun, displays, entertainment and competitions that can be fitted into a full day of frivolity.

Each year the two day show attracts approximately 5,500 people, including many local families and businesses, representatives of the agricultural & pastoral industry, community groups & government organisations, as well as many tourists and travellers. Exhibitors of all natures are welcome to the show, and it aims to offer as wide a variety of arts, crafts, food, clothing, health products, local fruit and vegetables, machinery and tools etc as is possible to its patrons.

The Kununurra Agricultural Society also encourages all government and information industry bodies to use this opportunity to share their wisdom with a huge cross section of the community.
